The pastures are fenced with white vinyl fencing. One side of the property is bordered by a year round creek. There is also a spring in the middle of the property with a small stream running from it thru the property with potential for a pond. The barn was built with one oversized foaling stall. There are steps to the upstairs which has great room for hay storage or could possible be finished off for an apartment or office. Fincastle, Virginia has a hospital. Fincastle has many medical professionals operating in a variety of specialties. Fundamental healthcare begins with an individual or family?s access to a general physician, call it a family doctor or for children, a Pediatrician and for women a Gynecologist. Certainly, for people like me, a good therapist; better yet, a Psychiatrist! But why is it that someone in Fincastle, Virginia cannot locate a physician that will take new patients?
